As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Psychotherapist, Vicki is passionate about working with children, youth, their families, as well as adults and couples, in an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental environment. Vicki is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover a path to healing, emotional growth and mental well-being. Whether you, or a loved one, are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, abuse, relationship conflict, 2SLGBTQIA+ issues or trauma (historical or current), Vicki will work with you to develop the tools and insights needed to foster long-term change, personal growth, and improve relationships and your overall well-being.
Taking a compassionate and collaborative approach, Vicki embraces your unique experiences and needs to ensure an empowering and supportive therapeutic journey. Having witnessed the transformative experience therapy can bring to individuals, Vicki’s goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can be your authentic self.

While Vicki believes in the power and effectiveness of talk-based therapy, she’s also passionate about arts-based, hands-on therapeutic work that’s integrated with evidence-based practices such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused, EMDR (in training), Mindful Self-Compassion and various Trauma-focused approaches. Vicki has a plethora of experience supporting children and youth in both clinical and community-based settings, and is particularly passionate about supporting clients through grief, end-of-life and legacy/memory-making experiences.

On a personal level, Vicki enjoys the summer months where she can be found spending as much time as possible on the beach with friends and family, kayaking, swimming and chasing sunsets. Vicki also loves to travel and spend time with her goofy golden retriever.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in your personal or professional life, Vicki is dedicated to helping you reclaim feelings of peace, foster resilience and promote long-term healing through holistic and client-centered approaches.
