Meaghan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working under the supervision of Clinic Director, Theresa Will.  Meaghan works with adults of all ages, supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, emotion regulation challenges, self-esteem difficulties, life transitions, and experiences of feeling stuck in painful patterns.  Meaghan is passionate about helping individuals who struggle with intense emotions, self-criticism, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others.  She also has experience supporting neuro-divergent and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals in exploring identity, belonging, and self-acceptance within an affirming, inclusive space.

Meaghan's approach is humanistic, relational, and strengths-based, while grounded in a trauma-focused perspective.  Meaghan believes that healing happens through safety, understanding, and connection, and that therapy can help individuals make sense of their experiences and reclaim their sense of self.  Drawing from CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused approaches, as well as attachment-based and parts-informed perspectives, she tailors therapy to meet each client's unique needs, goals, and pace.  Meaghan will be trained in Brainspotting, a brain-body somatic therapy, in November 2025.

Meaghan strives to create a safe, warm and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences with curiosity and care.  Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.  If you're ready to take a step forward, Meaghan would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey - please feel free to reach out.
