I have developed a deep passion for working with folks across the lifespan (ages 8 and up) as they work towards healing and peace. I have worked with folks with various
neurotypes, substance use and addiction, those experiencing housing insecurity and poverty, intimate partner violence, trauma and attachment challenges, emotion regulation, self-harm, suicidal ideation/suicidality, depression and anxiety, as well as have a special interest in supporting members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Indigenous folks, and those with ADHD and autism.

I am very passionate about Brainspotting, which is a brain/body therapy-style that can help our brain process and integrate experiences that impact us and am currently trained in Phases 1 & 2. I am an eclectic practitioner and thus use many different
modalities/styles along with Brainspotting which include DBT, systems theory, neurodiversity affirming, emotion-focused, attachment-based, strengths-based, humanistic, anti-racist, collaborative, and always client-centered.

As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD Indigenous person, neurodiversity and sovereignty are two things very close to my heart. It is very important to me that folks know that I will always do the work to confront ableism and remain anti-racist in my practice. Along with these things, my practice also includes creating an environment that fosters safety, growth, and always meeting you where you are. I will always work hard to treat you as the expert of your life, because you are!

I know how hard it can be to ask for help and be vulnerable about the things that we keep deep down inside of us. I believe in your capacity and ability to grow into a life that feels good for you, and I would be very proud to join you on the journey towards peace!
